LOCH RUTHVEN (Loch Ruadhainn). Scottish, Strathspey. C Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. "Loch Ruthven [1], celebrated in this air, is as famous in Inverness-shire, for the sport it affords the angler, as Loch Erroch on the confines of Perthshire" (Fraser).
