LOCHMABEN HARPER, THE. AKA - "The Blind Harper." Scottish. "The Lochmaben Harper" [1] is a ballad that appears in Francis Child's English and Scottish Popular Ballads. It was collected by Scottish poet Robert Burns, who contributed it to Johnson's Scots Musical Museum.
