MAN WHO SHOT THE WINDMILL. Scottish, Reel. Composed by Scottish accordion player and composer Phil Cunningham. Named for an actual incident on the Isle of Skye in which an out-of-control home-made windmill, victim of a high wind, was shut down when the owner, in desperation, shot off its blades.
