MAPLE LEAF POLKA. New England, Polka. C Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. There are other tunes named "Maple Leaf Polka." One, by C.E. Lewis, was published in Boston in 1874 [1], while another, by J.A. Fowler, was published in New York in 1856 [2].
