MOUNTCOLLINS JIG, THE. Irish, Jig. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). ABCD. Mountcollins is located at the northern corner of the area known as Sliabh Luachra, where the counties of Kerry, Cork and Limerick meet. The tune was composed by fiddle player Eamonn Flynn, originally from Mountcollins, Sliabh Luachra, who has lived in American since the early 1960's.
