MRS. MACINNES OF DANALIETH'S REEL. Scottish, Reel (cut time). F Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. "Mrs. MacInnes of Danalieth's Reel" was published in Elgin fiddler-composer biography:Donald Grant's Collection of Strathspeys, Reels, Jigs &c. (1820-21) where it was marked as "Old". The subject of the title may have something to do with William Marshall's two tunes, "Miss Jane MacInnes--Dandaleith (2)" and "Miss Jane MacInnes—Dandaleith (1)."
