NEW WATERLOO DANCE, THE. English, Country Dance Tune or Reel. C Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). ABC. Muzio Clementi [1] (1752-1832), who published the tune probably around 1820, was an Italian composer, pianist, pedagogue, conductor, music publisher, editor, and piano manufacturer. Born in Rome, he spent most of his life in England.
