OLD-TIME WALTZ. AKA and see "Victory Waltz." Old-Time, Waltz. USA, Missouri. C Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. The alternate title, "Victory Waltz," is a version of the tune played by singer and musician Paralee Weddington (Busch, Arkansas).
