PACIFIC HORNPIPE. American, Hornpipe (2/4 time). B Flat Major ('A' and 'C' parts) & F Major ('B' part). Standard tuning (fiddle). AABC. "Pacific Hornpipe" was composed by blackface minstrel George H. Coes, perhaps inspired by his days in San Francisco and other points west as a member of several minstrel organizations.
