PEGGY'S NETTLES. Irish, Jig. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Composed by Noel Ryan, guitar player for the group Danú, in honor of his mother who once roused him from a deep sleep on evening, armed with stinging nettles in case verbal persuasion did not work.
