PIPE MAJOR DONALD MACLEAN OF LEWIS [2]. Scottish, Pipe March (6/8 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABBCCDD. A pipe march composed by C. (Charlie) MacLeod Williamson in the mid-20th century. Williamson served with the Scottish Division during the World War II, is the Seaforth Highlanders, along with Pipe Major Donald MacLeod (who composed "Pipe Major Donald MacLean of Lewis (1)"). Both Williamson and MacLeod were members of the I.T.C. Pipe Band under Donald MacLean [1] (1908-1864).
