PLUCKING OUT THE DEVIL'S EYE. American, Reel (cut time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'B. The tune features pizzicato and detaché bowing in the first strain, played quite fast. A different tune but with a similar title and with pizzicato notes is Mississippi fiddler Enos Canoy's "Pick the Devil's Eye Out."
