PRIEST WITH THE COLLAR, THE (Sagart an muince). AKA and see "Be Easy You Rogue!," "Priest Avourneen," "Stop You Rogue Stop!." Irish, Double Jig (6/8 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABBCC. Also set as a single jig. Uilleann piper O’Farrell printed a version of the tune in his early 19th century collection as “Stad Erro Rogura Stad Stad”, which O’Neill freely translated as “Be Easy You Rogue” (see note for “Be Easy You Rogue” for more).
