QUADRILLE [33]. This quadrille (a two-part jig with each part in a different key) was recorded by Bob Christeson in Sept., 1950, at the Walters family reunion from the playing of fiddler Bill Stoll, of nearby Iowa. Christeson described Stoll as an elderly, portly but distinguished man who got up to play occasionally at the gathering and who told Christeson the names of many of the tunes that Uncle Bob Walters played that day.
