R. P. CUMMINGS WELCOME. Shetland, Pipe March (whole time). A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB'CCDD'. Composer Anderson states this four-part pipe march was written in 1973 for Ronnie Cumming, Surgeon Consultant for Shetland, when he was made President of the Shetland Fiddler Society. “Ronnie comes from a long tradition of piping, and is an excellent piper himself.”
