REEL ÉMILE. French-Canadian, Reel (cut and 3/2 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABBCCDDEE. Soucy researcher Jean Duval notes that the first strain is reminiscent of the song "Il est né le devin infant" (He was born the divine child), which the third strain has similarities to the first strain of "Opera Reel (1)."
