REEL DE LA BROUE. French-Canadian, Reel (cut time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). The reel is sourced to Luc Veilleux from Sherbrooke, Québec, whose father played the tune on the harmonica. When the elder Veilleux played the tune it was observed that froth (broue) formed on the instrument.
