RILLE CAJUN, LA (The Cajun Reel). AKA - "La Rille Cajen." American, Quadrille. USA, Louisiana. The tune was recorded in New Orleans by Louisiana fiddlers Dennis McGee [1] and Ernest Fruge in November, 1930, as "La Rille Cajen" (note spelling of 'Cajun'). On the recording McGee plays the lead while Fruge plays a baritone part.
