ROAD TO BERWICK, THE. AKA and see "Buck of the Cabrach (1) (The)." Scottish, Reel. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB (Glen): AABB' (Marshall). Composed by fiddler-composer William Marshall (1748-1833) of Fochabers in Morayshire, first published in his 1781 collection (p. 3). It was later renamed "The Buck of the Cabrach" for Marshall's 1822 collection.
