ROUDLUM [1]. Irish, Slip Jig (9/8 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The first strain is similar to that of “Roudledum (1),” although the second strains differ. Ayrshire fiddler-composer attributed the tune to Irish uilleann gentleman piper biography:Walker Jackson in his c. 1818 collection.
