SADDLE OLD SPIKE [2]. American, Reel. A Major. AEae tuning (fiddle). AABB. This version of "Saddle Old Spike" was in the repertory of Mountain Home, Arkansas, fiddler Jesse Wallace (1907-2006). Wallace put out an album in 1979 called "Jesse Wallace, The Stone County Fiddler Arkansas That Is."
