SAFE HARBOR RAG. AKA - "Safe Harbor Reel." American, Country Rag (cut time). F Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB'. Composed by the late Safe Harbor, Pennsylvania, musician Dick Walton. Ironically, Safe Harbor is on the Susquehanna river of Pennsylvania—right between two nuclear power plants at Peachbottom and Three Mile Island.
