SOMETHING NEW [2]. English, Country Dance Tune and Slip Jig (9/8 time). B Flat Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The tune was also entered into the large 1770 music manuscript collection of Northumbrian musician William Vickers, albeit with some melodic differences from the tune published by the Thompsons.
