SPIRITS OF WINE. Irish, Reel (cut time). A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. The title refers to a stage in the distilling of malt whisky, which is usually matured in sherry casks. Donegal fiddler John Doherty paired "Spirits of Wine" with "Madam Bonaparte."
