STEALL A PRIONSA (The Prince's Stream). Scottish, Strathspey. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). One part. Composed by Scottish fiddler Kenneth Kennedy, born in Annat, Glen Roy, Inverness shire, in 1919. Kennedy survived service with the Royal Artillery in World War II, notes Neil, to become a sheep farmer at Brunnachan, Glen Roy. At the age of 49 he joined a religious order and now lives in Midlothian.
