John Quinn finds that Irish uillean piper O'Farrell printed a close variant of "Tá gleann beag draídheachta" in his Pocket Companion for the Irish or Union Pipes, vol. 2 (London, c. 1806, p. 142) as "Favorite Air (2) (A)."
