Source for notated version : - Patrick Stack (Chicago) [O’Neill]. Chicago fiddler Stack was originally from Co. Kerry and was the source for several tunes in Francis O'Neill's Music of Ireland (1903). He is absent from the famous c. 1903 picture of the Irish Music Club in the city, although another musician named Stack--perhaps a relation--Sergeant Garrett J. Stack, was present.
