TOBERMORY. Scottish, Strathspey (whole time). A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. "Tobermory", named for a town in Mull, was composed by the renowned Scots fiddler-composer wikipedia:James_Scott_Skinner (1843-1927). Skinner's hand-written manuscript copy includes the note "to Neil MacDonald", but this dedication was not included when the strathspey was published in Skinner's Harp and Claymore (1904).
