TOM RILEY POLKA, A. American, Polka (2/4 time). Fiddler Joel Shimberg, who knew DIck Summers well, writes thatTom Riley was a Kentucky fiddler who had relocated to Marion, Indiana, where he operated a boarding house. "He was a fine fiddler," remarks Joel, "and Dick visited him regularly, fiddling through the night" [1].
