TRIP TO KELSO. Scottish, Jig (6/8 time). A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. "Trip to Kelso" is a jig in Thomas Calvert's collection printed for him in 1799. The cover of the volume states that Calvert was a musician of Kelso, and that the publication could be obtained at the music shop in the town and at his home, "Where may be had a Variety of Music and Instruments. Instruments lent out Tun'd and Repaired."
