"A Trip to Westminster Hall" was printed along with directions for a country dance by London music publisher John Young in all four editions of his Second Volume of the Dancing Master (1710-1728, p. 200). It was also published by rival London music publisher John Walsh in hisSecond Book of the Compleat Country Dancing-Master (1719, p. 221).
