See also the related first strain of "Jackson's Heigh-Ho (1)." Accordion player P.J. Conlon recorded a version of the tune in New York in 1923 as the second reel in a set entitled "The Ways to the Racket." The influential north County Clare Kilfenora Céilí Band recorded the tune in the late 1950's as "Union Reel (2)," and the tune has been referred to as "Kilfenora Reel (The)" as a result. The band was All-Ireland champion for three consecutive years, 1954-1956.
