VALSE-CLOG MARIE-FRANCE. French-Canadian, Waltz-clog (3/4 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'A"A"'B"B"'. A modern (1977) composition by French-Canadian button accordion player Philippe Bruneau in honor of Marie-France Cyr, a performer with the Danseurs du St. Laurent. Bruneau incorporated French influences in the piece.
