Source for notated version: black fiddler Bill Driver (1881-1985, Miller County, Missouri) [Christeson]. Driver was R.P. Christeson's favorite dance fiddler, according to Howard Marshall, and the first to be recorded by Christeson (in 1948). Driver also had a reputation as a champion contest fiddler in his hey-day.
