WILFRED BISHOP'S BREAKDOWN.   Canadian, Reel (whole time).  Canada, New Brunswick.  D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB'.  "Wilfred Bishop's Breakdown" was composed by champion fiddler Malcolm "Mac" Brogan, born in Chipman, New Brunswick, into a musical family. The title of this tune, composed in New Brunswick's Bicentennial Year, honors Wilfred G. Bishop of Salmon Creek, a local lumberman, long-term politician and Cabinet Minister.
