Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. See also P.W. Joyce’s “Typrid Lasses,” a close variant. The "Kilrush Races" title comes from early-mid 20th century Cree, Co. Clare, concertina player Stack Ryan, who heard the tune from a traveling player at Kilrush Races.
