WOMAN OF THE GLEN (Bean a'Leanna). Irish, Air (4/4 time). A Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). One part. "Woman of the Glen" is similar to "Boyne Water," especially to that tune's second half. See also Canon James Goodman's "Alewoman (The)"/"Bean an Leanna," a 3/4 time tune collected in the mid-19th century.
