DAVID'S JIG. Canadian, Jig (6/8 time). Canada, New Brunswick. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Composed by Matilda Murdoch of Miramichi, New Brunswick. She has been called 'Queen of the Down East Fiddle,' and has been honored as a lifelong performer, composer and teacher of traditional 'down east' fiddle.
