GEORGIA WAGONER. AKA and see "Wagoner (1)," "Tennessee Wagoner," "Texas Wagoner." Old-Time, Breakdown. C Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. This tune is a version of the well-known breakdown "Wagoner" played and recorded by north Georgia fiddlers John Carson (1926), and by Gid Tanner and his son Gordon, along with blind guitarist Riley Pucket over the radio in Covington, Ky., about 1930.
