II) (c. 1737, No. 317, p. 57) and by John Johnson in his Choice Collection of 200 Favourite Country Dances, vol. IV (London, 1748, p. 3). "Captain Driver's Delight" was also entered into the music copybook of Welsh fiddler John Thomas, dated 1752.
