GOODBYE WHISKEY. AKA and see "Farewell to Whiskey (1)," "Ladies Triumph (1) (The)," "Young America." American, Scottish (originally); Reel or March (4/4 time). USA, southwestern Pa. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. Originally composed by Niel Gow (Scotland) for the prohibition of whisky-making in Scotland at the end of the 18th century in 1799.
