ROOM FOR THE CUCKOLDS. AKA - "Room for Cuckolds." English, Morris Dance Tune (6/8 time). A Major (Bacon): G Major (Mallinson). Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB (x3), AA. "Room for Cuckolds" was the indicated tune for a song in the ballad opera The Footman (1732). The morris dance version was collected from the village of Bucknell, Oxfordshire, in England's Cotswolds.
