REEL DU MOULIN. AKA and see "Red Wing." French-Canadian, Two-Step (cut or 2/4 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB, ABB'. Fiddler Isidore Soucy and accordion player Donat Lafleur's "Reel du moulin," recorded in 1938, is a fairly faithful reproduction of songwriter Kerry Mills' popular song, march and two-step "Red Wing."
