DOUBLE SHUFFLE [3], THE. American, Reel (2/4 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Adams' "Double Shuffle (3)" is a hoedown version of the "Cliff Hornpipe." A version of the first strain of "Double Shuffle (3)" was recorded by Montreal fiddler Joseph Allard as "Reel du chat noir." The second strains, however, are not related.
