MISS DUMBRECK. Scottish, Reel. A Major (Skye, Surenne): B Flat Major (Athole, Honeyman, Hunter, Skye). Standard tuning (fiddle). One part (Hunter): AB (Athole, Surenne): AAB (Honeyman): AA'B (Skye). The melody was first published in the Gow’s Sixth Collection of Strathspey Reels (Ediburgh, 1822, p. 29), without attribution to a composer.
