MISS MARY DOUGLASS’S REEL. Scottish, Reel. B Flat Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB’. The tune is attributed to James MacDonald in Gow's Second Collection (1788). MacDonald, a contemporary of Niel Gow's, was one of the professional fiddlers who contributed compositions to the Gow collections.
