SCOLLAY’S REEL. AKA – “Sculley’s Reel," "Scully's Reel." Shetland, Reel. E Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. A version of the hornpipe “King of the Fairies (The).” The tune is sourced to Shetland fiddler John Scollay, who was recorded playing the tune (with his brother Peter on guitar) in the early 1950's by collector Pat Shuldham-Shaw.
