SERENADE [1], THE. English?, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Uilleann piper O'Farrell included the tune in his c. 1806 collection, printed in London. Cumbrian musician John Rook entered it into his large 1840 music manuscript collection as well, as did Manchester, England, musician John Roose in his mid-19th century manuscript collection. .
