Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The jig is not related to "Skiver the Quilt (1)" or "Skiver the Quilt (2)", rather it is a close version of O'Neill's "Tenpenny Bit (The) (1)."The title is a direction to hang up a quilt using "skivers," i.e., "skewers.
