TOMMY'S TARBUKAS. Scottish, Reel (whole time). G Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Composed by Scottish fiddler Alasdair Fraser in honor of Tommy Hayes, an Irish bodhran player. Tarbukas are a set of small drums similar to bongo drums, sometimes spelled ‘darbukas’ or ‘dharboukas’.
